I was lucky enough to photograph (and taste of course!) some DIRTY BAPS, the incredible breakfast sandwich created by it's founder Oz. Made with amazingly fresh ingredients from the best quality butchers, bakery and grocery shops, Oz creates wonderfully delicious baps that will leave you perfectly full and satisfied!
Together, Oz and I spoke about his brand, and how he wanted his food creations to look for these photographs. We felt his breakfast baps really speak for themselves, they are rustic and full and it wasn't hard to get all of those fresh ingredients looking colourful and vibrant on our shoot. My mouth was watering the whole time, I couldn't wait to get stuck into a dirty bap!
